  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, all orders, including custom or personalized items, are non-refundable.

  • Once an order is in production or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

 

 

2. Products

  • We specialize in laser cut signs and personalized products.

  • Every item is handcrafted and may have slight variations, making each piece unique.

  • Product colors, sizes, and materials may appear slightly different than images due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.

 

 

3. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Shop Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards.

  • All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Items are typically ready to ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. This timeframe may increase with a more complex custom order.

  • We are not responsible for damages or delays caused during shipping. However, we will do our best to work with customers to resolve shipping issues.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and location.

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once production begins (after the 24-hour cancellation window).

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

  • All designs, logos, and content on this website and in our products are owned by Jubilee Pines Design House LLC.

  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without explicit written permission.

  • Jubilee Pines Design House LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
